Universal Banker Application: IA Framework
Information architecture and tree testing validation for a unified banking application, grounded in a six-domain taxonomy built to scale across core banking and teller products. A shared mental model of banking operations is the foundation every core experience can build on.
View ProjectSustainability Analyst Portal
Research that exposed how a four-person team was manually sustaining a system built to serve 2,100+ properties, and built the operational and financial case for scaling without adding headcount.
View ProjectMultifamily Analytics & Reporting
Discovery research that reframed a complex analytics product around the simpler, more tractable problem it was actually solving.
View ProjectOnline Help & Guides
Contextual inquiry and behavioral observation that surfaced what enterprise help users actually need, and reframed a platform migration decision around those gaps.

Mapping the Systems That Shape Modern Labor in the Age of AI
An examination of how modern labor systems produce outcomes (churn, oversupply, surveillance, and displacement) not as failures, but as features. Drawing on aviation's "Controlled Flight Into Terrain" as a governing metaphor, the book traces how efficiency became an end in itself, how credentialism replaced development, and how automation extends a logic that has increasingly challenged the value of people and their labor for decades. It's not a polemic against technology. It's a map of the terrain, and an argument for navigating it with intention.
